Job Description:

Horvath & Tremblay is looking to strategically grow its team in New Jersey. We are looking for a hardworking, driven, and passionate individual that wants to have a long-term career within Investment Real Estate Sales. The Sales Associate will work beside and be mentored by a Senior Agent in the New Jersey Office and will jointly develop business in Central New Jersey. This Sales Associate will be expected to cold-call a minimum of 300 property owners weekly and set up 5 new client meetings a week. This Sales Associate will actively participate in our innovative sales and industry training program led by our managing directors and senior-level executives.

Desired Experience:

  • Sales individuals with 2+years of experience that have a successful track record of new business development and have consistently demonstrated strong client relationship skills that have produced repeat client business
  • Individuals that have a passion for real estate, excellent communication skills, and have the drive and aptitude to succeed
